Musaigen no Phantom World
You can't believe everything you see, or can't see, for that matter. In Musaigen no Phantom World, Phantoms, beings that blur the line between illusion and reality, wander around right under the noses of unsuspecting humans. Their origins are mysterious and few can see themーthat is, until a research facility bombing spreads a virus that grants the ability to. Humans with special powers are given the task of sealing the troublemaking Phantoms.
Haruhiko Ichijou is one such Phantom Hunter. Not a very good one, however. Possessing a wealth of useless knowledge, a tendency to go off on tangents, and a rather slow Phantom-sealing ability, he and his rambunctious teammate Mai Kawakami are at the bottom of the Phantom Hunter ladder at Hosea Academy. In order to become stronger, they recruit new teammates and develop new powers, only to stumble upon secrets surrounding Phantoms and the circumstances surrounding the mysterious bombing of the Alayashiki Research Facility.

The 35th Test Platoon of Antimagic academy, they're one of squads enrolled at academy specializing in raising the witch hunters, whose job is to find, neutralize any magical threats! Unfortunately they're a group of failures nicknamed "Small Fry Platoon," a platoon formed from bunch of self-centered people who can't cooperate and have personality problems. Will they manage to overcome their weaknesses and shine as the strongest platoon?

Summary :
Piano prodigy Arima Kosei dominated the competition and all child musicians knew his name. But after his mother, who was also his instructor, passed away, he had a mental breakdown while performing at a recital that resulted in him no longer being able to hear the sound of his piano even though his hearing was perfectly fine. Even two years later, Kosei hasn't touched the piano and views the world in monotone, and without any flair or color. He was content at living out his life with his good friends Tsubaki and Watari until, one day, a girl changed everything. Miyazono Kaori is a pretty, free spirited violinist whose playing style reflects her personality. Kaori helps Kosei return to the music world and show that it should be free and mold breaking unlike the structured and rigid style Kosei was used to.

I like this one. New cute character, and a good story too. I felt like crying when I watched this so, maybe you should try this? The harem still continues, but the feelings are too high.

If u don't like loli, maybe you may want too skip this one, but actually the story itself is good. There are many life lesson to learn from here, such as forgiving, equality, etc. The characters are cute and cool, some comedies are in it, and there is also romance. But, you see, u might call him a lolicon. The action is, not too bad. There are also some feels in it so brace yourself :d just try, u won't be disappointed.

Noragami
Yato, a minor god, dreams to become the most revered deity in the world with big shrine and all. However, being a penniless god that he is, he has a long way to go and his shinki leaving him doesn't help matter. Later, when he does his job, a high school girl named Hiyori Iki pushes him out of the way of a speeding bus; unaware of his status as deity. Things get complicated when this incident triggers abnormality in Hiyori's soul, causing her to make an Astral Projection whenever she falls unconscious. To turn herself back to normal, Hiyori must help Yato becoming a better god who can fix the problem, along with Yato's new shinki, Yukine.
